SALON ENVIRONMENT
We understand that sometimes you must take calls while in the salon. We ask that you please set cell phones to low volume. Communication via FaceTime (or the like), or speaker phone is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.
CHILDREN SAFETY
We love to do children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. Due to insurance liability, hazardous chemicals, products, and sharp implements within the salon environment are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children not receiving nail services, please DO NOT bring small children to your appointment! We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We do not have the facilities to care for children. ALWAYS supervise your child after they receive the service. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
HOW TO GET DISCOUNTS
In order to receive these exclusive discounted prices on local passes, you will need to verify your status through ID, message, or email.
ID is a verification service used to confirm whether or not someone is eligible for exclusive offers.
Verification will take place during the checkout process, and you must provide all required information to ID in order to be approved.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
To secure your online booking, we require a valid credit card on file. For NO-SHOWs or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hour notice prior to your appointment), a non-refundable fee of $30 per person will be charged to the card on file.
For call-in or walk-in appointments, a $30 deposit per person is required to secure your booking. Deposits must be sent via Zelle at the time of scheduling. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
Refund policy
No refunds or discounts can be applied after services have been performed.

Please note that we do not offer a warranty for services using regular nail polish once you leave the salon. This is due to the nature of regular polish:
- Regular polish is prone to smudging easily.
- It takes up to 45 minutes to fully dry.
- It is not long-lasting and can be affected by daily activities such as handwashing, housework, or cooking.
- For pedicures, wearing closed-toe shoes or strap sandals can mess up the polish.
If you’re getting regular polish on your toes, please bring flip-flops with you. If not, no worries — we’ll provide paper sandals.
If you prefer to wear your own shoes/sandals, you must either wait until your polish is completely dry, or understand that we cannot be responsible for any smudges or damage once you leave the salon.
